I just made an order. When will I receive my Chez merch?

Don’t worry Chooky, your merch will leave our warehouse in 1-7 business days, heading your way (usually shipped next business day). Check the shipping time approximations on each individual item's product page to find up-to-date shipping info. Shipping in Australia usually takes around 3 days but we recommend you choose the Express option at checkout if you need the order urgently. 

For international; circumstances can change rapidly in this highly volatile environment, so these dates may be subject to change. Note also that time in customs is not included in our delivery time estimate and is outside of Australia Post’s control.

    Please note that we can't be held responsible for delays by postal systems after it leaves us so all dates listed are recommended dates only.

     

    How do I know if you ship to my area?

    We try to cover most of Australia, America, Canada, New Zealand, Europe and the U.K. Enter your postcode at check out and if you get an error, send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

    I need to speak to Chez, how do I do this?

    Well Chez is pretty busy these days but you can contact us via the 'contact us' page (in footer, scroll down). Otherwise you can book Cherylyn for a cameo or chat with her directly for a fee at www.cameo.com/cherylynbarnes

    Do you offer returns?

    We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. 

    If we accidently send the wrong item or it’s damaged, we will send you a replacement. We might ask you to send the item back to us so keep it in the same condition you received it in. 

    If you think you have received something in error, please contact us and we will help you out.

    Can I change my order once I've placed it?

    If the order hasn’t shipped, we will do whatever we can to keep you Chookies happy so please contact us ASAP and we will see what we can do if the order hasn't shipped.

    Please note we generally get back to you within 24/48 hours.
